Job Description
We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage reporting processes for our public and EU-level projects. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and manage project reporting processes for public sector and EU-level projects, ensuring compliance with all quality standards and submission timelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., manufacturing, R&D) and external partners to gather, synthesize, and present project data.
- Write, review, and edit high-quality project documentation, including scientific reports, funding reports, and project summaries.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring clear information exchange and alignment with project and company goals.
- Lead and contribute to the preparation and submission of project applications, securing funding and fostering partnerships.
Profile Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, specifically in reporting for Europe research programs.
- Education: A scientific background in plant science, industrial biotechnology, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proven organizational and analytical skills to handle complex project data and reporting structures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support teamwork and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Bonus: Expertise in writing project applications is a strong plus.
- Bonus: Experience managing social media channels, to enhance project visibility and engagement with stakeholders.
